Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to www.feelthe.space, owned and operated by Feel the SPACE LLC (“FTS”). By accessing or using the feelthe.space website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. FTS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. You shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement in effect at the time you access or use the Website.

If you do not agree to the current terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not access or use the Website.

Website

2.1 | FTS provides a platform for curating various types of live entertainment events and artistic experiences. This includes the promotion of featured artists, through Website content, ticket sales, and other promotional activities.

2.2 | FTS may, from time to time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. FTS shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Website.

2.3 | All users must abide by the terms of this Agreement. Upon a user’s failure to follow any of the rules or guidelines set forth in this Agreement, FTS may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate such user's access to the Website.

User Conduct

3.1 | You are solely responsible for your own communications, content, and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, and other materials ("Content") that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit to FTS or the Website.

3.2 | You agree not to:

  • Abuse, defame, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including without limitation, the rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

  • Upload, post, or link to or provide FTS with a link to any material that is inappropriate, profane, vulgar, offensive, false, inaccurate, or misleading;

  • Upload, post or link to or provide FeeltheSpace with a link to anything that could potentially exploit or harm minors;

  • Upload, post, or link to or provide FeeltheSpace with a link to anything that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;

  • Impersonate another person, group, or entity; or

  • Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3.3 | You agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If FTS believes you may have violated the law, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in any investigation.

3.4 | Unless you make it clear that specific Content you post or provide cannot be copied or used, you hereby grant FTS a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Content.

3.5 | FTS reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, edit, or block any Content that is in violation of this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, including Content that may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

4.1 | The Website, its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by FTS, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 | You are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or displaying any logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, or other intellectual property ("Intellectual Property") owned by FTS without prior written consent. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Intellectual Property in any advertising, publicity, or promotional materials;

  • Incorporating the Intellectual Property into any website, product, or service;

  • Using the Intellectual Property in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship by FTS;

  • Registering or attempting to register any trademarks, service marks, or domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to FTS Intellectual Property.

4.3 | If you are seeking permission to use FTS Intellectual Property, you must submit a written request to:

FTS reserves the right to grant or deny permission at its sole discretion.

4.4 | You agree that any unauthorized use of FTS’s Intellectual Property may result in irreparable harm to FTS, and FTS shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other available remedies.

4.5 | If you believe that any of the Content on the Website infringes on your intellectual property rights, please send a notice to the email in Section 4.3 requesting removal of said Content.

Content Moderation and Compliance

5.1 | FTS is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We employ a comprehensive content moderation process to ensure compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

5.2 | In cases of repeated or severe violations, FTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and may report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
